Sharpness Lifeboat Station Open Day is on Sunday 17th July. This year there is even more for families, including challenges, demonstrations, activities, lifeboat rides for kids and grown-ups, food and drink … and much, much more!
The high-speed lifeboat rides on the River Severn are for adults on SARA6, our standby lifeboat, and will last 20 minutes (including boarding and disembarking). These rides must be pre-booked – please call crew member Shaun on 07718-888836 or email him at shaun.egan@sara-rescue.org.uk. Tickets cost £30 per person or £50 for two.
Come along and support the SARA crew at your local lifeboat station! 10am to 5pm, entry and parking are free – although we would welcome your donations!
