SARA would like to thank WK Rental of Chepstow for its continued support.

Once again, they kindly lent us one of their minibuses on Sunday 7th August to visit Loughor Lifeboat in North Gower, another independent lifeboat station similar to ourselves. The purpose of this visit was to enable us to exchange ideas and hopefully make improvements at both stations.

The use of the minibus stopped us having to take several members vehicles which also reduced the fuel expense of the visit considerably.

We were also able to use the vehicle to convey crews to Aust cliffs where we were tasked to search for a missing person by Avon and Somerset police on Saturday 6th August, which again saved us the expense of taking multiple vehicles across the Severn Bridge.
