SARA Unveil New Fundraising Banners
After reading an article in the July 04 Mountain Rescue Council magazine, contact was made with Mark Shipley from Lasable who had produced a fundraising banner for one of the MRC teams.
Following discussion re suitable photographs to use, SARA now have 2 banners per station - a main 'All stations' banner and one specific to each station. Upton station banners were used over the Water Festival weekend and Sharpness station will be displaying theirs at the Camping and Caravanning weekend event 3-5th September at Berkeley. Being affiliated to the MRC and a registered charity enabled Lasable to offer SARA a discount on the cost per metre.
