Photo taken Saturday 7th September at Stourport-on-Severn Land and River Carnival where an afternoon procession of decorated boats takes place followed by an evening Illuminated Procession. 'Noddy' one of the decorated dinghies was rescued by SARA on two occasions he broke down (this one on the afternoon) and he lost all his lights on the evening procession and was escorted back down river to the Marina by Sara 8.
